Mr. Rodriguez is an attorney who focuses his practice in representing homeowners in foreclosure and advocating for consumers against unfair and deceptive commercial practices. While in law school, Mr. Rodriguez clerked for the Matton Law Offices, where he gained invaluable experience understanding all aspects of the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law as well as the intricacies of the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act. With his experience, Mr. Rodriguez vigorously fights for the rights of consumers and homeowners in the state of Illinois.

Mr. Rodriguez also engages in the areas of contract law, family law, personal injury, damage to property, tenant/landlord disputes, and expungements/sealing of criminal records.
